Error claiming my rewards via mobile

I can’t get the rewards (BAT) by cell phone, it’s been 3 months and when I press, claim, the message appears

Mobile Usage Samsgung G7 Android 5.1.1
Application version 1.25.73 Chrome 91.0.4472.106
My wallet is asking for the code to authorize in my email but the code is not arriving. tried more than 15 times.
My wallet is verified for almost 1 year
I managed to get rewards only through the cell phone, not yet.
VPN I don’t use
