ERR_CONNECTION_RESET errors on new Win 11 laptops

Description of the issue:
Brave (Edge as well, but not Firefox) returns ERR_CONNECTION_RESET errors on two new Lenovo Win 11 laptops.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
Go to sites like roku.com and even brave.com. Occasionally the error results. Often it does not. When it does occur, sometimes it resolves in a few seconds and loads the site. Other times it does not.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
Standard site cannot be reached error.

Expected result:

Reproduces how often:
Occasionally; and not all sites are susceptible to it. I have never seen it on gmail.com, rumble.com, or youtube.com, for example. I have seen it many times on roku.com/blog and brave.com, to name a few.

*Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
*
Win 11, latest Brave version for Win Pro 64.

Additional Information:
(1) I have never received this error in Firefox on the same machines.
(2) If I disable IPv6 in ncpa.cpl, the error goes away in Brave and Edge.
(3)I have duplicated it out of box with several new machines. Meanwhile, I have several Win10 machines using the same AT&T router and have never seen the error on those or on our iOS devices.
(4) I have reinstalled to base Win 11 and opened Edge immediately and still received the errors.
(5) Therefore, this seems to be a Win 11 issue with chromium browsers and IPv6. As noted above, I’ve never seen it in Firefox, including with ipv6 enabled.

I routinely disable IPv6 on Windows OS and on MacOS. I manually set DNS server numbers - instead of trying to rely upon DHCP.

Otherwise, you might try some of the suggestions:

'Incorrect warning: Your connection to this site is not secure - #8 by 289wk

β€˜Incorrect warning: Your connection to this site is not secure - #10 by 289wk’

And . . . you might get some clearing Site Details ideas from:

β€˜Gmail refreshing non-stop and trouble logging in - #2 by 289wk’

Disabling Intel Network Connectivity Service in services.msc fixed it.
