@Aakash04 in the future please be sure to put your issues in the proper category, such as you put this on Desktop Support but it should have gone to Rewards Support. The other issue is you deleted the template that is produced when you choose a category and decided not to share any of your information.
Anyway, you’ll need to create a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431
