Could Brave add Violentmonkey to the MV2 exception list?

Description of the issue:

Not sure if this is a bug report or more of a feature request, but here goes.

After Brave updated to Chromium 150.0.7861.63, Violentmonkey no longer works because MV2 support is basically gone upstream.

I get that this is mostly a Chromium thing, but Brave already keeps a few MV2 extensions alive through its own exception list, like uBlock Origin, uMatrix, NoScript and AdGuard, which is honestly awesome.

So I’m wondering: could Violentmonkey maybe be added to that list too?

Violentmonkey is open source and privacy-friendly, and for a lot of users it feels like a more trustworthy option than Tampermonkey. Also, ngl, it feels kinda weird that the Violentmonkey website still recommends Brave, but the latest Brave builds can’t really run it anymore.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Use the latest Brave build based on Chromium 150.0.7861.63.
  2. Try to use Violentmonkey.
  3. It no longer works because it’s MV2 and not included in Brave’s MV2 exception list.

Expected result:

It would be great if Violentmonkey could keep working in Brave, either by being added to the MV2 exception list or through some other official compatibility path.
