“Continue where you left off” does not work properly

Take a look at the following post. I followed the suggestion in that post, and the problem was gone. And now I cannot even reproduce the problem anymore.

Continue where you left off broken

Description of the issue: Although I have ‘Continue where you left off’ checked in the ‘get started’ section of settings, whenever I go to close brave it gives me the close all tabs dialogue, without the option to keep them open How can this issue be reproduced?
