Samsung One UI 8.5 would appear to be an attempt by Samsung to compete with Microsoft for the title of the most annoying features of any OS in the universe, as they currently barely hold 3rd place.
Since they refuse to acknowlege any complaints, id like to see if others are plagued by the constant re-re-loading of (just left) background applications. This affects Brave/Chromium pretty bigly and noothing I do, whether in braves flags, settings, WebView flags, or user controlled system settings makes any difference. It’s infuriating, and renders the device functionally unusable. I’ve even tried changing the way thr system handles memory, however this reloading issue occurred on my flagship §24 as welk as this shiny paperweight, and it had 16gigs of memory on board, where as this POS A17 has 4, so i dont beleive they have nerfed this trash device to save memory allocation, and testing confirms that.
If anybody has ideas of BRAVE settings or changes that you think may apply, I am all ears.
Additional Information: All Giggles™️ forced device “verification” is completed on this (biggest POS in the) Galaxy A17, and all settings are currently reverted to as close as STOCK as i can handle, leaving only developer related crap on so I can f*ck around here.
