@ayam If your Sync phrase has 24 words, try adding the word given here in the end to make it 25-words phrase- https://alexeybarabash.github.io/25th-brave-sync-word/
More info in this thread- Recovery key not accepted on fresh install - had to start from scratch!. Also, make sure you are generating sync-phrase from the latest version of Brave.
