Cannot update Custom Filter lists

I cannot update my custom filter lists for over 30 days, no matter how many times i click on update the custom filters won’t get updated.

It would be helpful to have a force-update button or an option below each filter-status button.

Vexed with that i removed those lists and re added them, still they won’t get updated.
