Cannot log in to X.com (Twitter) - Stuck at username input / Password field never appears

I can no longer log into X (Twitter) on Brave. After entering my username or email, the page does not proceed to the password input screen.

I have already tried the following with no success:

  • Disabling Brave Shields

  • Clearing cookies and cache

  • Using Private Windows

I can log in without any issues using the Chrome app with the same settings. It seems to be an issue specific to Brave.

I’ve updated to the latest app version（ver.1.90）, cleared both the cache and all data, and even turned off Shields. But the login screen still keeps looping.

We’re aware – the issue is still shown as Open meaning that it’s still being worked on.
