Cannot connect Rewards ID to Solana Address

Briefly describe your issue:

When i need to sign the message to connect my Rewards ID to my SOL Wallet, using Brave Wallet, clicking “Sign” does nothing(It’s like the click doesn’t register), using Phantom Wallet, as soon it ends it gives me: Something went wrongThere was an unexpected error and we weren’t able to finalize the connection. Please try again.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using? (Menu --> About Brave)

Brave 1.83.112, Chromium 141.0.7390.70

Who is your verified custodian? (Uphold/Gemini/bitFlyer)

Self-Custody - Using a Ledger Wallet

Are you in a supported region? (see here for list of supported regions)

Same here @bigfabriziodue! I’m getting exactly the same error with either Phantom or Brave Wallet.

It appears you’re trying to use a Ledger, which is not available at this time. You’ll need to use a software wallet. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!

Same issue here. I moved to Brave earlier today. I was able to define to pick a Solana wallet to create a BAT wallet, and to “sign” to finalize on about 3 devices: desktop, laptop mobile.

I have older devices that I just put Brave on : an holiday LAN party is coming up.
I now have this error message on them. Is there a chance I’m limited to how many browsers I can hook to a same given wallet?

Yes, if you’ve already connected 4 Rewards profiles to the same SOL address, you must use a new Solana address for any new connections. Thanks!
