Cancel Firewall+VPN subscription

I have not been able to cancel my Freewall+VPN subscription. I followed the instructions in the help:

“For subscriptions purchased Desktop — login to account.brave.com, scroll down to Brave Firewall + VPN under Your plan subscriptions and click Cancel plan.”

But when I go to my account in :
Under “Your plan subscriptions”
it says: “You don’t have any active plans.”
There is no subscription and an amount is being debited from my credit card, which I am not sure if it is from Brave itself. Please help me if you can.
