Cancel button in 'Report a broken site' not visible in Dark mode

Description of the issue: Cancel button isn’t clearly visible
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Put the browser in Dark mode

  2. Open the ‘Report a broken site’ dialogue

  3. Notice that the Cancel button isn’t clearly visible.

Expected result: Cancel button is clearly visible.

Brave Version( check About Brave): 1.83.112

Added that the Report broken site menu shows this as well.
