Undo button in popup is hard to see

Description of the issue:

The “Undo” button on the popup that allows a user to undo deleting a bookmark is hard to see.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):

  1. Open brave://bookmarks/ (the bookmark manager).
  2. Right-click a bookmark and choose Delete from the menu.
  3. Notice the popup in the lower left corner.
  4. Go to Settings > Appearance > Theme.
  5. Click the icon that looks like an arrow pointing out of a box.
  6. Switch the mode from (:sun:light) to (:crescent_moon:dark) or (:crescent_moon:dark) to (:sun:light).
  7. Repeat steps 1-3.

Expected result:

The Undo button should be visible in either mode.

Additional Information:

Dark Reader is the only extension in the test profile used for these screenshots. It cannot affect restricted pages such as brave://bookmarks/.
