Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

Expected result:

**Brave Version: 1.21.77 Chromium: 89.0.4389.90 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Sometimes when I look at the price chart on the tradingview.com website, the top of the chart suddenly hides. This problem does not exist in Chrome. And turning off the shield does not solve the problem.

go to brave://settings/system and try to disable hardware acceleration

Thanks, but this method did not solve the problem. I found out that this problem was due to the installation of the TransOver extension and was resolved by disabling it.
