Bug: URL field issue when scrolling upwards

This bug has haunted Brave for quite some time. It existed in 1.80.126 and still exists in Brave 1.84.141 (Android).

To reproduce:

  1. Have some browsing history
  2. Open a random page
  3. Scroll down so that the URL field is hidden
  4. Scroll up so that the URL field is visible again
  5. The URL is a page from your browser history, not the current page
  6. The URL then changes to the current page

Expected behavior:

  • The URL field contains the current URL at all times.
