Bug in Brave where it shifts its UI by a few pixel to the rigth

Description of the issue:
Pixel shift of brave browser when hovering over intractable UI elements.

How can this issue be reproduced?

Hover over any intractable UI elements on any site

Expected result:

The brave browser shifts by about 1-2 pixels to the right, resulting in the desktop background being shown. Its very subtle but quite annoying. I have created a video but I can only paste the link to a hosting service which compressed the video itself which makes it even more subtle. https://streamable.com/o00flu

Same issue here since a few days and the last update. In my case it’s unfortunately a few more pixels so that it’s about a 2 cm shift. This way, I can’t even click on buttons on the right side since it then clicks outside the brave window. When I maximize the window, it won’t maximize completely but show a 2 cm width of the background on the right side.
