Description of the issue: After exiting app for a few seconds then reopening, all previously open tabs are suddenly gone, not in “recently closed”, no pop up to show that brave crashed and allow me to restore the tabs.
How can this issue be reproduced?

Reopen app
Expected result: all tabs are closed
Brave Version( check About Brave): Version 1.85 (116)
Mobile Device details iPad 8th gen, iOS 18.6.2
Additional Information: this is the second time this has happened
