Browser is only responsive upto the bookmarks bar. Anything below that is unclickable and unselectable
Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!): Nothing is clickable below the bookmark bar. Can’t even drag and select from the mouse.
Expected result:
Reproduces how often: Constantly. won’t work even after restart. tried creating another profile also. still the same result.
Operating System and Brave Version: MacOS Big sur 11.4. Brave version 1.27.109

Extensions that you have installed
Test the Brave Browser when in Private Mode, and when NOT so
CPU usage - see /Applications/Utilities/Activity Monitor
Meanwhile, Clear DNS cache on your Mac:
URL: brave://net-internals/#dns
Click on “Clear host cache”
Clear browser cache on your Mac:
URL: brave://settings/clearBrowserData
Select Basic
Set Time range to “All time”
ENABLE all three:
Click on the “Clear data” button
On your Mac, go to:
/Users/your_shortname/Library/Caches/
and move the “com.brave.Browser” folder to the Trash
Quit everything and Restart your Mac
Going into private mode solved it. Thank you for the help!

So the browser works in private mode, but were you able to get normal/standard windows to function properly as well?
