The OP, @pilis , has a particular issue with the performance of the OP’s laptop computer screen’s display of Brave Browser, WHEN:
- Windows OS Taskbar is set to auto-hide:
Automatically hide the taskbar - the mouse arrow moves around, or
- scrolling, or
- pressing a key
. . . THEN, the screen display of the Brave Browser window jiggles a bit, UP / DOWN at some point in time (usually a few seconds) after the user’s action.
IF the Windows OS Taskbar is NOT set to auto-hide: Automatically hide the taskbar . . . THEN, there is no such UP / DOWN jiggle event.
The OP posted a video of the screen behavior, and I can notice the UP / DOWN jiggle event occuring for about a 0.3 to 0.4 second interval within 6 to 7 seconds after the start of that video’s play.
My wild guess is, that there may be something about, how and why the Taskbar behaves in response to the computer user’s activity while using Brave Browser . . . given the Taskbar auto-hide is enabled . . . that, because of the computer display’s:
- type, and/or
- settings, and/or
- hardware, and/or
- device drivers
. . . THEN, the UP / DOWN jiggle event occurs.
Details about the OP’s computer and display are at the OP’s reply:

The OP’s laptop Brave Browser installation has been updated to v1.77.97 .
