Brave takes minutes before actually working

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Start windows 10

  2. Open the browser

  3. Wait for it to start responding

Expected result: Takes a few minutes after opening to be interactable. Before that it’s frozen as if loading.

Brave Version( check About Brave): Brave 1.90.122 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information: I have around 20 tabs open daily

  • With a fresh Brave Profile?
  • With a fresh install of Brave?
  • With a fresh install of Brave Beta or Nightly?
  • With other web browsers?

What are your computer specs?

Hint: you can find them in Task Manager’s Performance tab.
