Brave block pc at launch. Loading newtab page for 1-2 min

Hello everyone

Description of the issue:
It’s been 2 days that brave when i m lauchin it take 1-2 min before showing the newtab page. During that time my pc is not responding. I can click on any application, those won’t open until brave finish loading
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
When I launch brave even if I close it and launch it again. When it is launch I can use it without problem

Everytime i open it
Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Windows 10 1909, brave v1.5.123
Additional Information:
I already tried unstall and reinstall. I tried to uninstall brave, delete all the file related to it, repair windows with sfc / scannow, repair registry. But when I install brave again, i get the same issue.
I don’t get the same issue with firefox
I really love brave and I want to keep using it

Glad to see that I’m not the only one !

I tries desactivte gpu acceleration without effect.

i hope there is a trick because I just go back to firefox and miss brave already
