Brave tab close/undo message stays on too long

Description of the issue:

When close any tab, the close/undo tab message shows up and stays on for around 30 secs (used to be around 5 secs). It get annoying if website has bottom tool bar, the message will block the tool bar until disappeared.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Just close any tab, the close/undo tab message shows up and stays on for long time.

Expected result:

Set back timer for around 5 secs

Brave Version( check About Brave):

Brave 1.59.117, Chromium 118.0.5993.70

Actually, after some troubleshooting, it’s not a Brave issue, all Chromium based browsers all have this problem (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge), but Firefox is fine. Does anyone know anything about this?
