**Description of the issue: Brave Search API is not returning correct data
Compare the results of the following queries (I have used the serp for comparison)**
Your tool does not allow me to enter URLs. Here are the paths from search:
Brage: /search?q=site%3Asec.gov+“ddd”+“2023”&source=web
Google: /search?q=site%3Asec.gov%20"ddd"%20"2023"
Google returns the correct results, Brave does not
I have the same issue in the API.
Brave Version (check About Brave): No version - this is the API endpoint
Operating System: Does not matter. I am accessing via a REST API.
