Brave resizing window bugs out, consistently with Wayland DE

Description of the issue:

On Linux versions resizing window bugs out, consistently. When maximizing the browser it doesn’t visually fullscreen, offsetting everything on screen from where you have to click to interact. When using the fullscreen button to toggle back to non-fullscreen there is screen tearing causing parts of the window to disappear.

Qt Version: 6.9.1
Distro: Bazzite 42.20250816.0 (Kinoite)
Kernal Version: 6.15.9-106.bazzite.fc42.x86_64 (64-bit)

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Use Linux with Wayland Display Environment.

  2. Click the maximize button on brave browser repeatedly.

  3. ???

  4. Do not profit.
