Description of the issue: Just today I got a prompt with Brave in Fedora Linux that I would need to resync as the sync code used originally was different than the current code.

- Prompt came up as soon as I opened up the browser.
Reproduces how often: Everytime browser opens
Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):1.92.134
Type of devices currently running on the Sync chain in question:Fedora Linux 44, Windows 11, Android phone, Android Tablet
Additional Information: I had Brave sync working properly working on several devices for many months to years. Just today Brave on Fedora Linux got a prompt that I would have to resync because the sync code originally used does not match the current sync code. I went into settings and sync, then was able to input a code from another device and got it working again. I have not added any new devices recently. Would there be a reason for this to happen after working without issue for several months?
