Description of the issue:
Brave installation is crashing seahorse and dpkg-preconfigure on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Install Brave using CLI as stated in here (Ubuntu 14.04+)

Expected result:
Brave is installed without crashing the system.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.19.90 Chromium: 88.0.4324.146 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information:
The “apt-key --keyring” step during the installation probably interferes with seahorse. Both /usr/bin/seahorse and /usr/bin/perl -w /usr/sbin/dpkg-preconfigure --apt crashed with segmentation fault.
