Brave hogs battery on iOS

Lately I had three situations where Brave on iOS was active in the background. No idea what it did, but it ate my battery by 40% within 3 hours.

No idea how to repro, but the battery consumption was very high.

Brave 1.52.1 (23.7.11.14)
iOS 16.6 (20G75)

For now I did a complete new installation.

Can confirm. Same here on my iPhone XS iOS 16.5.1 (c) and Brave 1.52.1. Battery gets warm and drains quite fast.
