Brave crashes when clicking on .pdf-links

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Click on any hyperlink ending in .pdf
  2. Crash - all browser windows shut down
  3. Reopening browser and choosing “Restore pages” leads to new crash

Expected result:
Download or open pdf file, depending on setting

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.58.135 Chromium: 117.0.5938.140 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Same here, multiple computers. (1.58.137 now)

My current workaround: right click, save-link-as. If I don’t do that, it crashes.
