Description of the issue: Opening PDF-Files in Brave leads to a “crash” in ~ 8 out of 10 cases

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):

  1. Click on a linked PDF File (for example in Google Search Results)

  2. New Tabs opens the PDF Viewer (Brave Tab) “chrome-extension://oemmndcbldboixxxxaddacbdfmadadm”

  3. Browser crashed

Expected result: PDF opens in PDF Viewer (Brave) without troubles

Reproduces how often: Mostly every new started Brave-Session. After the first Crash of an PDF-Tab it works quiet well.

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu): Win 10 Home / Version 0.67.124 Chromium: 76.0.3809.100 (Offizieller Build) (64-Bit)
