Brave crashed and I can’t restore my tabs

Description of the issue: Brave crashed, not sure how/why. Reopened it and all of my tabs were gone. Tried to find if there was an option to restore them like how Firefox has a “restore previous session” that reopens any closed tabs but I can’t find one.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Make brave crash (not sure how to force it)

  2. Reopen brave

Expected result: brave takes you to the open page and all previous tabs are closed

Start here, in order to figure out if there is some chance:

And there, read the other replies. Basically, if you have been backing up the iOS device, there is some chance.

Otherwise, iOS crash reporting is unique - not like the Crash ID reporting by other Brave Browser applications. See:

IMPORTANT: You would be sending the Brave Browser (iOS) crash report information that you gathered, to e-mail address: user-support@brave.com

Next, you would make a new reply - here at your Original Post - and using as a guide, what I did - in order to notify Brave Support of exactly what you have sent to them, so they can “connect the dots”:
