Description of the issue: my screen goes black
How can this issue be reproduced?

i open brave even with no tabs open

i move my mouse curser to my second screen

it goes black
Expected result: it just causes my screen to go black and makes a few things bug out
Brave Version( check About Brave):v1.86.146 (Jan 28, 2026)
Additional Information: I’ve tried reinstalling brave, even disabling hardware acceleration i tried seeing what tab it does it on and it doesn’t matter it will just go black and the only fix that makes it work is “C:\Program Files\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser\Application\brave.exe” --disable-gpu into the command prompt
