Brave can't play YouTube videos smoothly (link provided)

Description of the issue: YouTube videos on Brave (Windows) are not playing smoothly. I a facing this issue since many years. This is the only issue that is stopping me from using Brave as a default browser.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Play YouTube for a minute and the browser starts to frame-drop, chop (slice at times)

Expected result: YouTube videos do not play smoothly, your eyes can tell the difference (watch my unlisted YouTube comparison to understand https://youtu.be/ljqFUV3S8qI**).**

**Brave Version( check About Brave):**Brave 1.85.116 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information: I have been searching for solutions since years but were futile. I wanna use Brave as default browser. Please help me.
