There have been many reports of graphics/video display issues, since Brave Browser (Windows OS) v1.81.131 was released. And there have been a mixture of what may fix the issue. I suggest:

And, search the Brave Community for tips . . . using terms:
video, D3D11, Metal, NVIDIA, Angle Graphics, OpenGL, Vulkan, WebGL, Skia Graphite (skia-graphite)
And, search, using those terms, in a Brave Browser New Window at brave://flags - where you may experiment flipping switches.
Otherwise, search online for tips re your computer’s video settings and software features.
