Description of the issue: The background playback is not working properly on iPhone. With several YouTube videos, if you lock the screen when the app is in foreground, the video stops.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Go to https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Y1PVmANeyAg&list=RDY1PVmANeyAg&start_radio=1&pp=ygURU2Vuc3VhbCBzZWR1Y3Rpb26gBwE%3D

  2. Play the video

  3. Lock the screen

Expected result: The video playback should continue in the background.
