Description of the issue: autotranslate not working
How can this issue be reproduced?
Expected result: autopick english on the top-right menu.
Brave Version: 1.85.118
Additional Information: Brave recognizes website at foreign language but it doesnt pick english automatically, why?
Sadly this is a known issue, no dev has talked about it once despite the proof.

Basically when that translate bubble was re-skinned from Google Translate to Brave Translate, they forgot a menu, and that menu hasn’t appeared.
The only workaround right now is to manually add languages to the Language settings to auto-translate. Basically what that menu entry from the page should be offering you, but the back-door way.
