Apparent glitch with TOR window following delayed connect

My first attempt to load a website in a TOR tab following waiting out an unusually slow connection (acknowledged by BRAVE in an on-screen notification) resulted in its reporting a well-known secure website (Protonmail) as ‘not secure’.

I assumed it was a glitch and opened a second TOR window. This time Protonmail loaded without a problem.

Just reporting it. Bug? (I don’t know.)

FOLLOW-UP

Still getting the same ‘Not Secure’ error message when trying to open Protonmail in a Brave TOR tab.

2ND FOLLOW-UP

I’m finding that this is happening with many websites when access is attempted in a TOR tab.

In each case, a ‘Not Secure’ error message is returned on the first attempt.

On the second attempt, the webpage loads normally.
