Spider Web like something appears on the screen which makes it impossible to work with the browser

The issue was their even if i turned the shields down and couldn’t help but to change the browser.
Nope. The bug or feature of spider web continued to appeared no matter whether the shields were on or off
Nope there wasn’t any special configuration that broke the site. I check multiple times but no use. And not just on this website, every website i use the same damn thing appeared.
Yes, it worked Flawlessly in Chrome, Firefox.
Right now I’m using this version.
Version 1.27.111 Chromium: 92.0.4515.131 (Official Build) (64-bit)
But it was happening in other versions too.
As anyone can see, this happens alot with every tab. Happened with other users too, pls help/
