Description of the issue:
Video used to play as intended with shield on before up till last week. Now video stuck not loading when shield on. Issue on Windows 11 Device and Android version of Brave
How can this issue be reproduced?

Expected result: Video working and 00:00 changes to actual time length
Brave Version( check About Brave): Brave 1.85.111
Additional Information: Sometimes work, sometime doesn’t. Was working fine up till December. Edge+Adblock works. Brave incognito same issue. Brave normal window with shield on, get error in picture. Brave normal works currently when shield off but before it was working with shield on. Cleared cache but still issue.
@Tharshan site seems to be working fine on my end with Shields up. I even tried changing the Shields ad-block settings to Aggressive and the site still works without issue.
Rather than an private window, can you instead try opening a Guest Profile (Menu --> More tools --> Open Guest profile), then close your original profile (so only the Guest window is open) and test the site there and see if it works as expected?
A fix will be in shields in the next few hours.

Thank you for the response, just tried on Guest profile and it worked as intended. Can you tell me what filter lists you are using on Shield. Last night after I clicked update lists, it was working on normal window with shield on. but now on normal windows, no settings changed issue is there.

Thank you, currently I’m using EasyList cookies, Fanboy’s Mobile Notification and Brave Experimental Adblock rules. Is their any list i should not use or use.

It’ll be fine, just the default lists. The site will occasionally change adserver domains, and we’ll add automatically within the hour going forward.
Thank you. currently I have a temporary fix which makes the video work then after I close browser issue starts again. The fix involves me going to filter list click update lists then restarting brave but I can’t be doing this all the time. I just don’t get how it’s 50/50 for me.
Currently 50/50. Guest profile also doesn’t seem to work now. no new changes made.
Site is still working great on my end. cc @fanboynz to take another look here.
Should be fixed now, not seeing any popups
Just checked now. still not working on my end on desktop. Updates shields just in case as well but no change. Is their any way I can upload anything needed such as logs/ dumps to fix. On my phone, the issue is gone.
