All of my passwords in Passwords & Autofill are gone

Description of the issue:
All passwords in Passwords & Autofill have been deleted.
Is there a way to recover my passwords?
Autofill info and payment methods are both still there. All browser tabs from previous browsing session are still there.
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Uninstall Musicbee (a music app),
  2. Restart computer.
  3. Open Brave browser.
  4. Log on to a website to which you routinely log into.
    Expected result:
    Username and password suggestions should still work.
