Issue:
When asking Leo AI to open/navigate to a URL, Leo opens a new tab but
fails to actually load the URL. The tab remains blank or does nothing.
Steps to Reproduce:
Open Brave Nightly
Ask Leo AI to open a website (e.g. “open Gmail”)
A new tab opens but the URL is never loaded (url says “about blank”)
Expected Behavior:
Leo should open the tab AND navigate to the requested URL.
Actual Behavior:
Tab opens but stays blank — URL is never loaded.
Additional Notes:
Reproducible on multiple PCs
Not caused by a specific extension (tested with extensions disabled)
Appears to be a consistent bug with Leo’s browser navigation tool
Also when a skill is enabled while typing to the Ai the browser thinks that I am editing the skill. (This issue might possibly connect to the other issue)

According to a website monitoring the status of Claude from Anthropic, multiple Claude products faced partial outages for up to two hours and 45 minutes. Shortly after 6:30 a.m. EST, 2,133 people had reported problems with Claude to the website Downdetector, which tracks reported issues with different technology services.Anthropic, Claude’s (Leo) parent company, experienced elevated errors across their various AI models including claude.ai, Claude Code, and Claude Opus. Some of Anthropic’s Data Centers are in the UAE and Bahrain. According to their news release, part of a key data facility was damaged by war activity and power failures cascaded across the region.
