Description of the issue:

I can see ads even though should be disabled. In private mode as well. Shield activated

How can this issue be reproduced?

1. Open www.expressen.se for example
   2.go down on page
   3.see ads on page

Expected result:
Ads are not shown
Brave Version( check About Brave):
1.18.1

I have the same problem, ads show around this afternoon
I have ios 13.4 on a iPhone 8 plus

I hope is not like a white list of ads that can show up, for more income for the company

Same (mis)behavior here; also at version 1.18.1.

Same error occurring on my end as well, adds from the top of the screen; that hang down, random advertisements, and adds that take up the whole screen.

Same here, Brave 1.18.1 on ios 12.4 ipad, Just started showing ads today on edition.cnn.com
