Address bar is illegible after update to 1.32.106

Description of the issue:
Text in the address bar is illegible since updating to Brave v1.32.106

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open new tab OR move cursor to address bar (command + L) OR tab to address bar.
  2. Start typing.

Actual Result:
Predictive text is highlighted in dark blue, making it almost totally unreadable:

Expected result:
Yellow highlighted text, like previous versions or any other browser.

Reproduces how often:
Always.

Operating System and Brave Version:
Mac OS X 10.13.6
Brave 1.32.106
