Adding mouse gesture feature like it is in the vivaldi and operagx

[Dincer]

In operagx and vivaldi there is a feature that named as “mouse gesture” its soo good feature to simply the things like opening or closing tabs etc. for example when you hold your right click and put your mouse a little bit down you can open a new tab so it would be good to see that feature in the brave actually btw, i can addsomething like that feature by installing an extension but i cant use it on the homepage and the settings section and the default gestures are bad actualy i have to edit the settings of it anyway; i want to see the mouse gesture in the brave because brave is so fast and optimized browser compared to the others and adding this feature would benefit alot the brave.
