Add notification when blocking a pop-up

Please give some kind of notification when Brave blocks something. There are so many times that a button on a website won’t work and I finally realize it’s because Brave is blocking it. Show me when you make a website dysfunctional (as opposed to just blocking an ad).

Hi @Lance-R,
One thing to note is that when you’re on a site the Shields icon will show the number of items being blocked.
