Account not configured to receive contributions? - yet I'm verified

Hey everyone,

I’ve been a Brave verified creator since January 2018. Today, I’ve made some changes to my tipping banners and when I went to check my websites (petrajordanmusic.com or youtube.com/petrajordanmusic), they show the blue check mark in the browser, but when I click on ‘Send Tip’ to test if it’s working, I get this message:

NOTE: This Brave Verified Creator has not yet configured their account to receive contributions from Brave users. Your browser will keep trying to contribute until they verify, or until 90 days have passed."

Yet, I have several contributions in my account waiting to be paid out… ??

Does anyone know why?

Do you have a verified Uphold account connected to your creator account?

Yes I do but I only verified and connected it today so maybe that’s why there’s an issue… it is definitely verified but perhaps the connection will take 24-48hrs to appear in the browser… my guess.

Yes. It’ll take 24-48 hours for your Brave to update the list.

Let me know if it’s still unchanged after 48 hours.
