Not able to login zebpay from brave rewards, i already have an account in zebpay

I am also facing issue in connecting my zebpay account with brave.
same issue I am also facing . Trying to connect zebpay to brave BAT. But error
Error: You need a verified account to log in
Please try again after you have completed ID verification on ZebPay.
I have already created zebpay account and also verified it properly.
