Description of the issue:
Youtube video player freezes after clicking to open the picture and picture player to return to browser.
Brave browser version: 1.88.138
Android version: 16
Phone: S25 Ultra with One UI version: 8.0
How can this issue be reproduced?

Watch a video on YouTube

Click full screen,

Then click home button to make the video go into PIP mode,

Click PIP window to bring back browser window.

Video pauses, player gets stuck, video is no longer properly framed on the site (vertical, but not option to read comments or scroll), player options (full screen, playback speed etc…) no longer work, only play/pause work.

To fix, reload the page.
Expected result:
Toggling between PIP should bring back normal browser functions.
