So for some reason my chrome browser used to show “managed by an organisation” and i tried to do everything to fix it but nothing worked then i found a script called “chrome policy remover” and that fixed the issue but the problem is that it only removed the “managed by your organisation” from chrome but if i use other browsers like brave the “managed by your organisation” shows in brave. Can someone please help me with this?
I did use the debloat utility, but I can’t find the group policy anywhere. Got any ideas how to fix this?
Did you look through the Topic I suggested here?: Brave shows managed by your organisation but chrome doesnt
an alternative location it says in that one is: HKEY_CURRENT_USER

@kuppakeuhko22 when the debloat utility disabled things or “removed the bloat,” it did so by changing registry entries so as to mimic Group Policy. This means just by using it, you may see the message about it being managed since you’re managing it.
You can look at brave://policy to see what it sees as being managed.
