Description of the issue: Impossible to install WidevineCdm because the “missing plugin” icon in the address bar is missing

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Go to a page that requires WidevineCdm (Netflix)
  2. and select never install in the popup (or similar)
  3. The pages display an error because the plugin is missing and Brave no longer offers to install this extension.

Expected result: To be able to reset the choice and to have again the possibility to install this plugin

Brave Version( check About Brave ): Version 1.10.95 Chromium: 83.0.4103.106 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Did you able to see the install message when you visit another DRM protected site like Spotify, etc?

No it was also missing in Spotify, but I solved it going to settings>extentions>widevine>switch on
