Why is Brave showing me unnecessary notification in form of ads?

Description of the issue:

  1. Whenever I am opening my PC I see a notification of a site I haven’t heard off.
  2. I checked my notification setting and there are no sites allowed on my PC to show notifications.
  3. brave reward points are switched off.
  4. the site is https://www.codetoinspire.org/

Did you have Brave Ads enabled under brave://rewards? You may “accidentally” enable this option.
